1. The service

HeyMockie is a job-interview practice app. Mockie is an AI character playing the interviewer. Feedback and scores are generated by AI and are for practice only; they are not a real hiring assessment.

You must be 16 or older to use the service. The "Extra salty 18+" level is for users 18 and over and requires your confirmation.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google or a code sent to your email. You are responsible for activity on your account.

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page. Personal data is deleted; order history is kept for accounting.

3. Packages and payment

Packages are sold as a number of interview sessions, priced in VND, paid through PayOS (VietQR bank transfer). Nothing renews automatically.

Used sessions are not refundable. A package with no sessions used can be refunded within 7 days of purchase if a technical fault on our side prevented use; contact support by email.

Pro packages expire (30 or 90 days). Sessions left after expiry cannot be used.

4. Fair use

Do not use the service to harass, defraud, distribute unlawful content, or circumvent technical limits (for example by automating requests).

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee hiring outcomes. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be announced by email or in the app.
