1. Data we collect

Account: email, display name, language.

Content you provide: job descriptions, CV (if pasted or uploaded), target profile.

Interviews: the text transcript of your conversation with Mockie, reports, insights. Audio is processed live so Mockie can answer and is not stored by us.

Technical: device info, errors, latency, AI cost per session, IP address (hashed only) to prevent abuse.

2. How we use it

Running the service: planning interviews, grading, showing your reports and insights.

Payments and support.

Improving the product using aggregated, non-identifying statistics.

3. Processors

Google (Gemini): voice, analysis and grading. We use the paid tier; under Google's policy the data is not used to train models.

Supabase: data storage and sign-in.

Vercel: hosting. PayOS: payments. Resend: email.

4. Retention and deletion

Data is kept while your account exists. When you delete your account, your profile, transcripts, reports, insights and CVs are deleted. Invoices are kept as required for accounting.

You can view, edit and delete insights at any time.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data and withdraw consent under Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection. Contact support by email.
